Return & Refund Policy

At Nihari Herbals, we are committed to providing our customers with quality Ayurvedic and wellness products. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.

• An incorrect product has been delivered.

• The package is missing items.

• The product received is materially different from what was ordered.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the package and product.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and product quality considerations, opened, used, or tampered products generally cannot be returned.

Returns may also not be accepted for products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement, please contact our customer support team with:

• Order number

• Customer name and contact number

• Details of the issue

• Photographs or videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product qualifies for a return or replacement.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another suitable method agreed upon with the customer.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

5. Replacement

Where applicable, Nihari Herbals may provide a replacement product instead of a refund.

6. Shipping Issues

Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, please contact us immediately and provide supporting photographs or videos.

7. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be accepted only before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
